What to Expect When Setting up a Phone Appointment

 

 

Step 1. Clients will receive an appointment letter in the mail letting them know of the upcoming phone appointment with a date and time.

Step 2. Clients will receive a call with the display number 306-766-2213 or 306-655-2662 at the time of their appointment.

Clients should expect to be contacted by the nurse first to do an over the phone assessment.

Step 3. Physician may also be on the same call or will call the patient after the nurse has completed their assessment.
