The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency drug formulary provides a listing of the drugs and their associated eligibility criteria funded by the Cancer Agency.

Drugs listed on the Cancer Agency drug formulary are provided free of charge to our patients when used according to the funding eligibility guidelines and prescribed by an authorized physician.
