The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency (also known as the Saskatchewan Cancer Foundation) is the corporate body established under and regulated by the Cancer Foundation Act with responsibility for conducting a program for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of cancer in the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada.

Teaching and research are important components of this comprehensive program.

The Agency is funded by the provincial government and is directed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, with representation from communities throughout the province.
