Health officials in Saskatchewan are monitoring the Ebola situation, in collaboration with the Public Health Agency of Canada, other Canadian provinces, and the World Health Organization. Preparedness plans are underway in Canada to facilitate prompt identification and prevention of the spread of serious infectious diseases like Ebola virus disease.
