The Saskatoon Cancer Centre is located on the University of Saskatchewan campus, beside the Royal University Hospital. You can enter the Cancer Centre through our main doors on Campus Drive, through the back door from the parkade or by a skywalk in the Royal University Hospital. The reception desk is on the ground level. Take the elevator to G level if you are coming from the hospital through the skywalk. The Cancer Centre is open from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you need a ride to the Cancer Centre from your home or from where you are staying in Saskatoon, we can arrange transportation for you. Ask your social worker about this program to see if you qualify.

Royal University Hospital Parkade
The Royal University Hospital parkade is next to the Cancer Centre. The parkade has automated parking pay stations. Saskatoon Health Visitor Parking Rates (as at September 1, 2009) are as follows:
$1 per half hour; $10 daily maximum; $12 day pass (24 hour unlimited entry and exit); $42 weekly pass; $120 monthly pass

Cancer Centre Drop-off Area
There is a patient/wheelchair drop-off area (10-minute limit) in front of the Cancer Centre, but this area cannot be used for regular parking. There are handicapped parking areas in front of the Cancer Centre (a permit sticker is required). 

Campus Parking
There are parking meters on campus on Campus Drive.

Arrangements have been made with various hotels, lodges and other accommodations close to the Cancer Centre, for patients and families to receive discounted rates during the time the patient is being treated at the Cancer Centre.

A form is available that entitles patients and their visitors or families to receive a special rate, when authorized by a Cancer Centre nurse, radiation therapist or social worker. The Saskatchewan Cancer Agency does not endorse any of the facilities listed.
